Part 2 of How Can We Deal with Power Struggles?

In the second part of this lesson, I will continue with the practical ways to get out of the power struggles. 

We will talk about your actions as a role model for your children. Our children watch us and copy our behavior as they think it is acceptable. 

The parent’s part is to be aware of their actions. In this lesson, you will learn how to build your behavior self-esteem and how to have the ability to contain your anger and your child’s outbursts of anger.
