This document sets forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to your use of our services, including the Membership. By purchasing the Membership, you accept and agree to these Terms.

II. Description of Services The Membership includes access to various services, including online parenting classes, live Q&A sessions, live chat support, discounted family sessions, and exclusive content. These services are provided as is and as available, without any express or implied warranties.

III. Membership Duration and Scope The duration and scope of the Membership are as defined at the time of purchase. You will be charged monthly for the Membership, which you can cancel at any time.

IV. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your Membership if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused membership fees.

V. Identification of the Member You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Membership. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

VI. Compensation The Membership fee is charged monthly and is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. The Membership may include discounts or other benefits, which are subject to change.

VII. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, we may need to disclose your information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or to protect the rights or safety of the Makes Kids Happier Center or its members.

VIII. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Membership shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

IX. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Membership after any such amendments constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
