As we commence this lesson, I invite you to consider a critical question, one that often goes unaddressed due to the demands of daily life: What type of parent am I?
When reflecting on this question, many parents may find themselves grappling with self-criticism, such as “I am not good enough,” “I am losing control,” or “I am not spending time enough with my children .” These thoughts can lead to an unsettling sense of inadequacy. However, I encourage you to adopt a different perspective.

Take a moment to examine these cards. As you review the cards, contemplate the nature of your day-to-day parenting style. Are you a friend to your children? Are you supportive and patient? A leader? Gentle and Loving? Are you presenting a role model for them? Do you present enjoyment and happiness with your kids? and more?
