The role of parenthood presents us with daily challenges. In most cases, we manage these challenges point by point in order to overcome each challenge on its own.
However, the question arises – after all the interactions with our children, do we wonder what happens to the relationship between us?
Do the actions we take promote a good relationship between us and our children, or do they distance us
Building a healthy and trusting relationship is a decision that lies in the hands of the parent. The role of the parent is always to find themselves working to promote the relationship between themselves and their children – this is the parent’s responsibility, especially in times of crisis.
How do we do this? You can learn more in the course.

Power struggles at home are the situations in which we find ourselves in a battle of wills with our children. We argue and yell, accompanied by threats and punishments.
These struggles create an atmosphere of loss of control and a lack of harmony at home. Parents, whose role is to be the anchor of the family, are perceived as powerless and do not serve as a personal example of anger management.
These struggles can be prevented, and there are ways to address and stop them!
In this course, we will learn how to identify power struggles at home. We will learn how they originate and ways to cope with them. We will receive tools for dealing with them through examples from daily life. Finally, we will learn how to prevent them from happening and how to defuse them.

This course will teach us what factors affect the quality of the sibling relationship and how to build a good and healthy relationship between them that will last in the short and long term.
In the second part, after learning how to create and build the relationship between siblings, we will learn how to deal with conflicts between them. How do we react? Do our reactions promote the relationship? We will learn how to cope during a dispute, when not to intervene, and which disputes are our responsibility to intervene in and how.
In an essential part of the lesson, we will learn how to guide children and teach them techniques for coping with conflicts at home and in general, which will help us and them cope with social conflicts.

What is the secret to creating cooperation with our children? The magic secret is within us, parents, and we need to know what and how to act!
In this course, I will present both sides: parents and children. We will talk about common parental reactions and the frustration we feel during conflict. At the same time, I will introduce you to the world of children and examine their feelings and how our reactions influence their behavior.
In this course, I will provide you with tools to change common reactions into appropriate ones that can create healthy communication between us and our children and lead to mutual agreements. I will teach you how to use these tools through practical examples from our daily lives.
Join this course to learn how to get our children to cooperate with us.

Punishments do not teach, and they only humiliate your child! So what do you say, should we continue to punish?
In this course, I will challenge the stigma that punishments help parents deal with situations when children do not listen to them. We will learn why punishments are not helpful and even create resistance instead of cooperation.
Many parents are aware that punishments humiliate their children, but they are at a loss for what to do instead. In practice, I will answer the question – what instead of punishments?
I will give you the tools that we as parents need to use in order to get our children to listen to us, and what are the tactics that we can learn that will make things easier for us and our children and prevent unnecessary conflicts. Finally, I will also talk about rewards and incentives that contribute to the goal of educating values in the home.

Thank you, Efrat! 💜 What an important course I chose! First of all, just listening to you calmed me down, and I couldn't stop listening to you! After listening several times, I managed to implement it step by step, as you suggested. I managed to deal with tantrums, and I'm no longer afraid of the children's resistance because I know what to do, and most importantly, it works! Thank you very much.

Efrat, I have no way to thank you! I finished the power struggles course and couldn't believe how many mistakes I made in my parenting. It was a pleasure to listen to you, and the greatness of the course is that I felt you were accompanying me throughout the learning. I didn't understand how much I was creating conflicts with my children, and now, using your way, I learned to talk to them and listen to their needs.
