It’s been 15 years since I became a Mom. However, I always have known my destiny and would like to help people and families understand how to make their dreams come true, achieve more goals, and overcome more obstacles in their lives as individuals and as a family.

Over the years, I’ve developed my career in the insurance industry. As a leader and a manager of large departments, one of my passions was to help my teams and managers empower themselves and their teams to achieve more.

The ‘”Aha” moment happened nine years ago when two magic events occurred simultaneously –  our first son was born, and we decided to relocate to Chicago, IL; those events led me to understand who I need to empower and for whom I need to create a supportive environment. The questions raised as a young mom with the relocation challenges I faced brought me to utilize my expertise from the days when I empowered my managers. 

Empowering the individual and groups (family) while presenting the bright side of the process while practicing the correct tools for the right situation led me to connect all the dots and graduate from Parenting Consultant school after moving to San Diego in 2017.

In sunny San Diego and after our Daughter, Railey, was born, my son approached me and asked what I was doing as a parenting consultant and what is it? After a short explanation to a five-year-old boy, he summarized this in the best way: “Mommy,” he said, “you make kids happier.” 

At this point, all the dots were connected, like magic! The new center for Parents and family – Makes Kids Happier (MKH) was founded!
